Vendor-neutral by architecture. Vendor-aware by integration.
ONE OPERATING PLATFORM
Two connected product layers. One operating model.
Operate racks, fabric, storage, power, cooling, managed Kubernetes and Slurm, deployment, maintenance, and validation.

Explore YANC ↗The last mile is the hardest mile
The equipment arrives from dozens of vendors. Then the real work begins: firmware alignment, fabric tuning, storage integration, scheduler deployment, burn-in, distributed validation, tenant isolation, billing, repair, and upgrades. A powered-on GPU is not a production-ready GPU.
Cost of idle hardware
Model the gross capacity revenue trapped while newly delivered accelerators wait for integration, tuning, and acceptance.
Planning model only: GPU count × lease rate × 24 hours × 7 days. Adjust for expected utilization, contract mix, and power cost in your pro forma.
Straight answers
Yes. AI Factory OS is the infrastructure operations product, including full DCIM. YANC is the customer-facing neocloud product. Day 1 covers deployment and configuration of both; Day 2 includes both software licenses and managed operations. There is no separate product license surcharge to add the neocloud portal. Hardware, facility costs, vendor licenses, and payment-processing fees are scoped separately.
Your brand. YANC is deployed with your logo, colors, domain, catalog, and pricing. We configure customer identity, provisioning, storage, and billing integrations for your business. You remain the GPU supplier and own the customer relationship. The public demo uses TerawattIQ branding to show the product.
Yes. The scope covers site and rack inventory, power and cooling, network connectivity, capacity planning, and asset lifecycle records. Day 1 establishes the DCIM baseline; Day 2 includes ongoing operations. Device integrations and site coverage are agreed during the architecture review.
No. We are designed to operate customer-owned infrastructure. We can help evaluate and coordinate vendors, but our deployment, certification, software, and managed-operations model does not depend on financing or reselling the GPUs.
No. AI Factory OS integrates proven schedulers and vendor systems; YANC exposes those services to your customers. The value is the desired state, workflows, acceptance evidence, operational state, and cross-layer automation—not rebuilding commodity components.
Yes. We can begin with an assessment and baseline, map the current topology and configuration, identify performance or reliability gaps, and bring the environment into a controlled deployment and certification path.
It means the node, rack, or cluster passed an agreed set of architecture-specific hardware, fabric, storage, framework, training, resilience, and soak thresholds. Results, versions, repairs, exceptions, and signatures are preserved in the cluster passport.
Yes. The operating model includes platform monitoring, capacity operations, incident response, maintenance, vendor escalation, smart-hands coordination, upgrades, and re-certification. Coverage and SLA are defined for each site.
An initial assessment can begin immediately. Deployment timing depends on site readiness, architecture, equipment availability, and scope. We establish the acceptance plan early so every workstream is aimed at the same production gate.
Build with confidence
Bring your infrastructure. TerawattIQ turns it into certified production capacity and keeps it operating.
